Sales Contract

The above dog is being sold by Dunrovin Labradors and is represented to be in good health. The buyer, within 72 hours of the date of receipt of the said dog, Must take this dog to a license veterinarian to have to have a medical examination completed at his own expense. A copy of the report Must be sent to Dunrovin Labradors as soon as this is complete. This confirms the buyer accepts the puppy as examined. If the vet should find any hereditary genetic defects in the examination, upon written confirmation and a second confirmation from Dunrovin's vet, we will replace the puppy. The puppy must be returned within 15 days at the buyer’s expense. Any papers sent with the puppy must be returned.  All Vet expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that we are not responsible for accident or injury or illness due to exposure to animals or disease outside of our kennel and will not replace a puppy due to negligence or accident.

Dunrovin Labradors guarantees that if the puppy develop (before the age of (1) one year) an inherited deadly or genetic defect that will affect the puppy’s ability to do what he was purchased for.... Breeding or Pet the puppy will be replaced with the next available litter upon receiving a letter from the attending vet and our own vet agrees. All vaccinations according to the current veterinarian recommendations (puppy shots and one year booster) and annual veterinarian care must be kept current or the guarantee is null and void. This puppy has been micro-chipped. This number must accompany any correspondence or claims about the above dog. For further information, read our guarantee. This dog has been sold as a pet. All dogs sold and placed in pet homes will be spayed/neutered when the dog reaches ____months of age.  A report must veterinarian’s certificate confirming the spay/neuter must be forwarded to Dunrovin Labradorsor this contract and health agree will be null and void.  If this dog is to be registered, papers will not be forwarded until proof of the spayed/neutering has taken place by the veterinarian in the form of a report. All pups are placed in approved homes only. A reference may be required. Dunrovin Labradors reserved the right to determine what age the pup is ready for shipment. We will make the arrangements and the buyer’s are responsible for all costs incurred in transportation (crate, shipment costs and veterinarian certification) above purchase price. If puppy IS registered,  papers will be sent as soon as vet proof of spay/neuter is received. Dunrovin Labradors reserves the right to retire from breeding Labradors due to personal reasonsin the future. Buyer’s initials________.

Breeder’s Line of protection: It is agreed that the said dog shall not be sold traded or given to any pet shop, puppy farm, dog dealer/broker, (buyer of pups in litter lots) or any SPCA affiliation that may unduly end the puppy/dog without re-homing. If the buyer should be responsible for any of the above mentioned or for breaking the contract, the Breeder/Seller shall be entitled to the sum of Ten Thousand dollars ($10,000) for damage to name and reputation. If for some reason, the buyer cannot care for this dog at any time in the dog’s life, Dunrovin Labradors has “Right of First Refusal” without refund of purchase price. If the breed takes this option then he or she is free to place or keep the dog. The Buyer will return the dog at his own (the buyer’s) expense. If he declines this right, he will help the Buyer find a suitable home for the dog. Buyer must inform the Breeder of the name, address, telephone number and email address of the individual of whom the dog was sold or given to. Buyer’s initials______.

Buyer and Seller acknowledge receipt of a copy Contract of Sale. This contract will be deemed legally binding and is under the jurisdiction of the Province of Saskatchewan, RM of Great Bend
